Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial banking.
• Strong loan structuring and risk analysis skills.
• Proven ability to sell bank products and close business.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients and professionals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Oversee portfolio health, credit quality, and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Treasury to deliver coordinated service.
• Lead and mentor team members; contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
