• Progressive experience in commercial banking and relationship management.

• Experience structuring loans and advising on credit solutions.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills with internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deepen and retain relationships with high-net-worth clients and professional services.
• Drive portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored credit and treasury solutions.
• Oversee portfolio health, credit quality, loan performance, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, Operations, Client Services, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Structure loans with lenders and underwriters; respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Demonstrate leadership across the Bank and mentor teams; support growth initiatives.
