The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in lending, sales, or banking, with expert knowledge across banking products, credit analysis, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience in lending, sales, banking products and services.
• Expert knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, and insurance products.
• Sound judgment with strong sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, and interviewing skills.
• Experience in financial planning enabling recognition of investments and referrals.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to high service quality.
• Advanced computer skills: word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to train or lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
• Generate, manage, and service a portfolio of clients.
• Grow business in loans, deposits, investments, and referrals.
• Perform credit analysis and loan structuring.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and follow up on new leads.
• Review portfolios and provide product recommendations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
