Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years banking experience.
• New account documentation and opening experience required.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel to client locations; perform docs signing as needed.
• Active Notary Public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch service to clients, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as trusted contact for banking needs.
• Identify, recommend, and act on cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Open and maintain new accounts using the Bank’s platform, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare and process signature cards, disclosures, and required documentation timely.
• Demonstrate understanding of legal documentation across account types, including complex entities.
• Process wire transactions with verification and fraud-risk awareness.
• Maintain knowledge of wire processing procedures and red flag detection.
• Act as dual custodian for vault, cash, and keys, upholding security procedures.
• Collaborate with team and external contacts; maintain good communication.
• Uphold compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform notary services as required.
• Support additional duties and initiatives to contribute to bank growth.
