Job summary
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City seeks a professional to develop and coordinate programs that attract high-limit players and host such guests to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits. Qualifications
- Knowledge of all casino games and how high-limit players are treated.
- College-level courses in Finance and Communications.
- Minimum five years of casino customer contact experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-limit casino guests.
- Host high-limit guests and arrange their needs within program guidelines.
- Award comps based on gaming action and program guidelines.
- Coordinate guest rooms, meals and show reservations for guests.
- Organize special functions and telemarketing to invite guests and gather feedback.
- Lead the Marketing and Casino Operations areas as assigned by leadership.
- Promote Rockstar Rewards Card signups with required guest information.
