Job summary

Hard Rock Sioux City is seeking a Casino Supervisor to monitor and control an assigned pit section, ensuring the delivery of customer service to corporate and property standards while preserving game integrity. The role includes overseeing guest service and supervising intermittent slot support such as jackpot verification.

The incumbent will supervise staff, verify jackpots, observe game activity for irregularities, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• Sound technical understanding of games manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with multi-game dealing; minimum two years.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the effective gaming service for a designated area or pit.
• Verify slot jackpots and assist in slot supervisory tasks as assigned or required.
• Monitor activities of all games to observe and act on irregular activity.
• Provide on-the-job training for Dealers to ensure staff guidance and performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned; maintain integrity of daily operations and casino floor.
