Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality degree/ coursework valued.
• Two to three years of progressive experience in a full-service dining environment preferred.
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and development of Beverage staff.
• Plan workloads and assignments; train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain department standards, budgets, and staffing for efficient operation.
• Supervise beverage staff to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with management on promotions and sales initiatives.
• Support Food & Beverage leadership in daily tasks and projects.
• Monitor dining service areas for staffing, guest service, and quality.
