Responsibilities

• Monitor game activity to detect irregular or suspicious behavior.
• Direct and control games in progress, providing dealer guidance as required.
• Maintain awareness of player limits, VIPs, gains/losses, and dealer performance.
• Provide training and supervise Dealers to ensure performance and service standards.
• Contribute to staffing decisions and oversee daily operations and cleanliness.
