Qualifications

• Knowledge of casino games and high-limit customers and their betting habits.
• College-level courses in Finance and Communications.
• Minimum of five years of casino customer contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate strategies to attract high-limit guests.
• Host high-limit guests and coordinate their needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Award comps based on gaming action and guidelines.
• Coordinate rooms, meals and show reservations, and address guest requests.
• Organize events and telemarketing to invite customers or gather feedback.
• Provide leadership across Marketing and Casino Operations areas as assigned.
• Promote Rockstar Rewards Card to collect guest information.
