Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate the market for high-limit casino guests.
• Host high-limit guests and arrange rooms, meals and show reservations.
• Award customer comps based on gaming action and program guidelines.
• Coordinate guest rooms, meals and show reservations and assist guests with questions and requests.
• Organize special events and telemarketing to invite customers and gather feedback.
• Lead the Marketing and Casino floor areas as directed by leadership.
• Promote Rockstar Rewards Card enrollment with available guest information.
