Job summary

Richemont is seeking a High Jewelry Client Coordinator for North America (U.S. & Canada) to support boutique teams with VIP client research, sponsorships, and event initiatives. You will help manage client data, coordinate bespoke gifting, and assist with multi-market activities across the network.

The role requires 1–3 years in luxury/jewelry, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Some travel and multi-tasking are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of related experience in luxury/jewelry preferred.
• Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills and high attention to detail are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and with a team; travel as needed.
• Spanish/French or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support North American retail teams in High Jewelry client development and research.
• Maintain Salesforce data, perform multimarket validations with HQ, and track client research.
• Coordinate bespoke sponsorships, gifting, and regional event initiatives.
• Assist with VIP tours, client books, and on-site event support.
