Job summary

Richemont, home to Van Cleef & Arpels, seeks a boutique sales professional to cultivate a high-end client network and drive luxury sales. You will build rapport with clients, host events, and manage client data with precision in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have a background in fine jewelry or luxury retail, are superb communicators, and can balance daily sales with long-term clienteling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication in person and in writing is required.
• Ability to develop long lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business, invite clients to in-boutique events, and engage via clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, maintaining boutique aesthetics.
• Ability to travel as required.
