Job summary

Tricon Wear Solutions LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across a defined region. You will manage key accounts, develop strategies, and identify new opportunities while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or business development, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), and excellent communication. Expect travel up to 80% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development with a proven record of meeting targets.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Mining and/or Aggregate markets is a plus.
• Experience in territory management or managing a sales region is highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals and increase market share.
• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and act as primary contact for inquiries.
• New Business Development: Prospect and convert new customers within the territory.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts and track performance against goals.
• Customer Support & Problem Resolution: Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Align with marketing, customer service, and product management.
