Job summary

Cfi Company is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee sales operations in a designated region within the United States. You will drive business growth, manage accounts, and identify new opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in mining and/or aggregate markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales/account management or business development with proven targets.
• Mining and/or Aggregate market experience is a plus.
• Territory management experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients; primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers within the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
