Job summary

Tricon Wear Solutions LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales within a defined region, grow revenue, and deepen customer relationships across mining and aggregate markets. You will develop strategic plans, manage accounts, present products, and collaborate with marketing and product teams while traveling up to 80% to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a proven track record.
• Mining and/or Aggregate market experience 3-5 years is a plus.
• Territory management or regional sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers within the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to meet customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, and feedback to inform offerings.
• Manage territory-related expenses and ensure profitability.
