Job summary

Tricon Wear Solutions LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee sales operations and customer relationships in the Birmingham, AL region. You will drive growth, manage key accounts, and pursue new opportunities while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently to achieve goals. Travel up to 80% within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in sales, territory or account management with a proven track record.
• Experience in Mining/Aggregate markets is a plus; strong CRM and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit territory goals and grow market share.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, analyze data, and report forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to meet client needs.
