TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Antonio to source, attract, and engage top talent across all functions in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with leaders and run targeted campaigns to strengthen our hiring pipeline while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

In this role you will own the Employee Referral Program, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate on employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and data management skills.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to define talent needs and create fast sourcing strategies.
• Drive candidate engagement and manage high-volume recruiting funnel.
• Own Employee Referral Program and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in staffing systems.
