Job summary

Talent Masters Staffing is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive new business growth on the front lines, prospecting, pitching, and closing client accounts in high-volume temporary staffing and direct-hire placements.

If you have a proven B2B sales track record in staffing and the ability to manage a large pipeline, you will thrive in a fast-paced team that rewards performance with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful staffing account executive sales experience (AE or BDM).
• Staffing/recruiting industry experience strongly desired.
• Proven ability to sell high-volume temporary staffing and direct-hire solutions.
• Knowledge of staffing compliance, worker classifications, rate structures, and qualifications.
• Self-prospecting and maintaining a high-volume sales pipeline to hit quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pitch prospective corporate clients needing staffing solutions.
• Lead negotiations, tailor staffing proposals, close agreements, and grow accounts.
• Apply industry compliance knowledge to align candidate profiles with client needs.
• Adhere to company standards and CRM/ATS workflows.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, pursuing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
