Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build and manage sales talent pipelines, focusing on high-ticket roles. This role goes beyond posting jobs; you will source, assess, and move top sales candidates quickly.

You will own full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and outbound outreach to screening, interviewing, pipeline management, and offers—while partnering with leaders to define what great looks like for each role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Comfortable conducting candidate screens and advising hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess fit using scorecards.
• Build and maintain warm relationships with sales professionals.
• Manage candidate experience and keep pipelines healthy.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to improve process.
• Support offer creation and onboarding activities.
