Job summary

Curvion Blue is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage pipelines for sales roles, with a focus on high-ticket environments. You will partner with leadership to define what great looks like for each role and run a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting process.

You'll source candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and move top talent quickly while refining processes and maintaining a warm candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and moving candidates through a high-volume process.
• Ability to assess, interview, and build candidate pipelines.
• Bonus if you've sold before or have high-ticket sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across the sales organization and build talent bench.
• Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and market search.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, offers.
• Develop relationships with high-performing sales professionals and network.
• Track metrics and optimize recruiting efficiency.
