Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage pipelines for sales roles across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and move candidates through a fast-paced, high-volume process, focusing on A-players who thrive in high-ticket environments.

The role requires experience in talent acquisition or recruiting and a deep understanding of sourcing, qualification, and offer management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, qualifying, and moving candidates through a high-volume hiring process.
• Ability to identify sales talent and understand performance indicators in sales environments.
• Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Understand leadership needs and translate profiles into market-search strategies.
• Conduct sourcing, outreach, screening, and interview coordination; manage pipeline and offers.
• Identify and move strong candidates through stages; balance speed with quality.
• Differentiate genuine sales experience from resume fluff and maintain candidate warmth.
