You will partner with leaders to set goals and craft plans to achieve them, while guiding Department Managers to drive performance and coaching teams for improvement.

Ideal candidates bring GM experience in high-volume or quick-service settings with a passion for hospitality and customer excellence. 18+ required for corporate-owned locations.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the General Manager and managers to set goals and drive performance.
• Lead Departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
