McDonald’s in the United States seeks a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a leadership role requiring delivery of goals with a strong team and a focus on profitability.

The General Manager will lead Department Managers, coach, hire and develop the team to achieve restaurant objectives and future growth. 18+ and experience in quick service or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume restaurant or similar operation.
• Ability to coach and direct multiple departments for performance.
• 18 years or older to be a manager in McDonald’s owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals and plans to achieve them.
• Hire, develop and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
