Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers and Shifts to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals with leaders, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future growth.
