Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant seeks a General Manager to run a high-volume operation while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. The GM leads Department Managers, sets goals, and builds plans to drive performance.

Prior GM experience in high-volume quick service is ideal, with background in hospitality or retail welcome. You must be 18+ and will coach, develop, and hire as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Work with leadership to create plans to achieve restaurant goals and improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
