Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of restaurant operations, including financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Supervise restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain employees; coach staff and document performance issues.
• Ensure food meets SOP specifications, recipes and is served at proper temperatures.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and placement of orders to avoid stockouts.
• Oversee equipment, facilities, and safety; implement promotions and maintain records.
