Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will be responsible for running a profitable operation and ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across the site.

Ideal candidates have GM experience at high-volume locations; fast-service or hospitality/retail backgrounds are preferred. Must be 18+ and ready to lead a team and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the future team.
