Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; able to identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of restaurant operations including facilities, cash handling, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff; write performance plans and conduct regular check-ins.
• Drive profitability through local store marketing, community engagement, inventory management, and labor management.
