Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. You will be accountable for financial results, uphold policies and procedures, and lead the restaurant team.

This is an exempt, full-time position reporting to the Area Operations Coach. We are looking for an experienced leader who can protect our brand, drive sales, and maintain the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities are essential.
• Good knowledge of food prep, catering, planning, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all restaurant operations including facilities, cash handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead staffing and development: recruit, train, and develop team members and managers; set performance plans.
• Drive profitability and top-line sales through local marketing, inventory control, and labor management.
