You will own scheduling requests, maintain ATS hygiene, and support offer letters while aligning with SLAs and regional nuances. This IC role emphasizes operational execution and rapid problem solving in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of admin work experience or 1 year in Recruiting Coordinator role
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills for scheduling and calendar management
• Clear and concise written communication with candidates, interviewers and stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with reliability and discretion

Responsibilities

• High‑volume interview scheduling within SLAs
• Manage interview logistics (remote and onsite) and communications
• Support interview day logistics: rescheduling, travel, expenses
• Maintain accuracy of job postings in ATS and ensure compliant information
• Keep pipeline and stage hygiene in ATS; chase feedback and complete scorecards
• Maintain scheduling dashboards and operational dashboards
• Handle offer letters with attention to regional nuances
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders; deliver constructive feedback
• Support onboarding for new team members and stretch projects as needed
• Identify and remove roadblocks with leaders and peers
• Adapt to changing environment to support evolving business needs
