Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates via job boards, social media, and events.
• Create engaging job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and match to opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Meet staffing goals related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, and recruiting compliance.
• Process candidates through onboarding, including drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Participate in daily staffing strategy meetings and workforce planning discussions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement.
