Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Inventory control, ordering of products, cash control.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew; set up shifts for success.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and resolves customer concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks and visit frequency.
