Job summary

Sysco Boston, LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and services within the US-MA Brookline, Cambridge and Somerville markets. You will build relationships with new and existing accounts, drive sales growth, and support customers with product knowledge and pricing.

The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and travel up to 75%. A valid driver’s license and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience in business/sales.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability and ability to relocate to territory.
• Basic MS Office skills; English reading/writing speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to propose appropriate solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and delivery options to customers.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and company events as needed.
• Manage orders, credits, and invoicing in coordination with credit department.
