Job summary

UniFirst Corporation in Tampa, FL seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives. You will execute annual sales plans, manage quotas, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive growth in your protected territory.

Responsibilities include coaching reps, observing field calls, delivering weekly training, evaluating performance, and ensuring staffing and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B new account sales with 2+ years in sales management preferred.
• Valid non-commercial driver's license with safe driving record.
• Must comply with UniFirst auto insurance requirements for personal vehicles used for business.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual Sales Plan and submit quarterly goals with monthly updates to the General Manager.
• Coach and manage salespeople in maintaining contact and gaining appointments with assigned accounts.
• Accompany Sales Representatives on sales calls to observe skills and develop action plans.
• Conduct product knowledge and selling skills training at weekly sales meetings.
• Conduct weekly evaluation of sales performance and guide reps to achieve goals.
• Achieve location's new account sales quota.
• Maintain budgeted staffing levels.
• Perform other sales tasks and assist other Sales Managers or Location's Department Managers.
