UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an Outside Sales team, drive a proactive sales strategy, and develop customer relationships for long-term growth. You will mentor reps, conduct regular training, and ensure achievement of sales quotas within the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes driving new accounts, managing staffing levels, and coordinating with the General Manager to align annual plans with company goals.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B new account sales with 2+ years in sales management preferred.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Drive personal vehicle per company policy and auto insurance standards.
• General computer skills with MS Office (Word & Excel).

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement annual Sales Plan and submit quarterly goals to GM.
• Coach and manage salespeople; be responsible for target accounts when needed.
• Accompany reps on calls to observe, develop action plans for improvement.
• Conduct product knowledge and selling skills training weekly.
• Evaluate weekly sales performance and guide reps to meet goals.
• Achieve location’s new account sales quota.
• Maintain budgeted staffing levels.
• Perform other sales tasks and support other managers.
