Job summary

Townsquare Media Group seeks a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive sales in the Cedar Rapids market. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building relationships and closing new business across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will own a book of business, meet ambitious sales goals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that grow client ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our portfolio of broadcast, digital, programmatic, and sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams to collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
