Job summary

Innovu in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive end-to-end process improvements within the Operations team. The role emphasizes automation and AI as a standing lens in assessing tooling and workflows, influencing but not owning final approvals.

You will identify cross-functional opportunities across onboarding, product, and marketing, and partner with Technology to implement changes while owning the business case and ROI tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business process improvement, or related analytical roles.
• Experience scoping and leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable ROI or efficiency gains.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and structuring plans without a provided playbook.
• Curiosity for technology and automation; can keep pace with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluates operational processes for friction, redundancy, or manual effort.
• Diagnoses whether tooling or process redesign is needed, avoiding default tooling fixes.
• Builds the case for change and influences functional leaders; does not own final approval.
• Partners to understand tool usage and drives adoption where lagging.
• Identifies gaps and informs tech, tweaks, or build-out requests.
• Surfacing cross-functional friction to relevant leaders for resolution.
• Bring automation and AI options into every assessment as a standing lens.
• Define ROI expectations and track progress through completion.
• Scope opportunities accurately and execute with a clear plan and ownership.
