Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale software/SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in JIRA, Projector, and Microsoft Office Suite; Agile and Scrum experience.
• Ability to analyze project metrics and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and independently manage multiple complex implementations; deliver SOWs and change requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Allocate resources across projects and optimize sprint/backlog utilization.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality with appropriate test coverage.
• Lead change management and maintain proactive client communication.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets and billing, support revenue forecasting.
• Provide governance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
