Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant seeks a General Manager to run a profitable, high-volume operation while maintaining Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to improve restaurant results.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick service or hospitality, must be 18+, and can grow with Archways to Opportunity and related benefits.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals, following up on progress, and coaching to improve departments.
• The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality or retail; must be 18+.
