McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant. You will drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, leading Department Managers, and coaching teams to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in fast-paced settings or backgrounds in hospitality or retail. Must be 18+ to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.

Formación

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.

Responsabilidades

• The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers to set their goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve departments.
• They may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
