Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants preferred, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Lead a team of Department Managers with delegated goals and coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
• Drive attainment of restaurant goals and sales targets through leadership and planning.
