• General management experience in a restaurant or similar high-volume environment.
• Experience leading teams and coaching managers.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail preferred.

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, follow up, and coach to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong restaurant team.
