You will collaborate with the Assistant Manager to set goals and drive performance, coaching Department Managers and leading a capable team of Shift Managers and crew.

Ideal candidates bring GM experience in quick service, hospitality or retail, with a passion for people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and support coaching across departments.
• Hire and develop Shift Managers and crew to ensure strong operations.
