Job summary

Crumbl Tyler is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily store operations at our Tyler location. This high-volume role requires active involvement with the team, ownership of performance, and commitment to hospitality and execution.

The GM will oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and cost controls, with compensation ranging from $38,000 to $60,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses. Hours include mornings, days, and evenings, seven days a week as needed.

• Proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and manage schedules.
• Strong focus on accountability, hospitality, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day store operations and maintain Crumbl's operational and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leadership.
• Build and maintain an effective employee schedule based on business needs and sales.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other controllable expenses.
• Monitor store performance and take action when goals or standards are not being met.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Hold employees and leaders accountable for attendance, performance, policies, and expectations.
• Address employee and customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with ownership and provide solutions—not just identify problems.
• Create a positive, productive culture while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
• Be willing and able to step into any position in the store when operationally necessary.
