Crumbl Tyler is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to manage daily bakery operations on the floor, lead from the front, and ensure quality, speed, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

You will coordinate tasks, train team members, handle cash, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering friendly service and helping the store meet sales goals. Open availability preferred, with pay in the $14.19–$15.49/hour range including tips.

Formación

• Leadership experience or supervisory background preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned shifts and oversee day-to-day bakery operations
• Read and execute recipes and weekly menu changes
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and quality
• Maintain staffing, labor efficiency, and timely shift completion
• Operate POS, handle cash drawers, and ensure accuracy in cash handling
