Job summary

Crumbl Tyler is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Tyler location. You will build a strong team, uphold Crumbl's standards, and take ownership of store performance.

This is not a desk-management role; you will work alongside the team to drive accountability, urgency, hospitality, and execution. The role requires full-time availability and a minimum of 45 hours per week, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume retail or food-service operations.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day store operations and maintain Crumbl's standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and leadership.
• Build employee schedules based on business needs and sales.
• Manage labor, costs, inventory, and other controllables.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
