Crumbl Tyler is looking for a hands-on, driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tyler location.
We are an established, high-volume store looking for a leader who can build a strong team, maintain high standards, and take ownership of the store's performance. This is not a desk-management position. Our General Manager is expected to be actively involved in daily operations, work alongside the team, and set the standard for accountability, urgency, hospitality, and execution.
Our ideal GM is someone who is:
Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume management experience is strongly preferred. Experience with scheduling, labor management, hiring, training, inventory, and performance management is a plus.
This position requires full, open availability, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
The General Manager is expected to work a minimum of 45 hours in-store per week. Additional hours may occasionally be necessary based on staffing, training, holidays, or operational needs.
$38,000–$45,000 annual salary,plus the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
