Crumbl Tyler is hiring for a team member to join our fast-paced bakery. No baking experience is required as we provide hands-on training, with potential growth into leadership roles. Compensation ranges with tips are clearly outlined, and a supportive, team-oriented environment is emphasized.

Our menu changes weekly, soadaptability, urgency, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential. Some shifts can get hectic, and we need people who can stay productive, accept coaching, and jump in wherever they're needed.
No previous baking experience is required! We provide hands‑on training and opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities and leadership positions.
Estimated total hourly earnings: $10.90–$13.41/hour, including tips
Starting base pay begins at$7.50/hour + pooled tips
Base wage increases are available following successful completion of the initial training period
Additional wage growth opportunities are available based on performance, experience, and responsibilities
Tips are pooled and distributed among eligible team members

Read, understand, and accurately follow Crumbl recipes and production instructions
Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients according to established standards
Learn and execute new recipes and procedures as our menu changes weekly
Monitor baking times, temperatures, appearance, and finished product quality
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality
Operate commercial bakery equipment as trained and permitted by age and applicable safety requirements
Customer Service & Teamwork
Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Assist guests with ordering, packaging, and product questions
Accurately process customer orders and payments
Recommend products and help create an exceptional guest experience
Communicate effectively with coworkers and shift leaders
Assist in other areas of the bakery as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain a sense of urgency during busy periods without sacrificing quality or hospitality
Cleaning & Daily Operations
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
Follow a clean-as-you-go approach throughout every shift
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities
Properly label, date, rotate, and store ingredients and products
Assist with inventory counts, waste tracking, and production records when assigned
Keep the bakery organized, safe, and guest‑ready throughout the day
Bakers must be at least 16 years old
Mixers must be at least 18 years old
No previous baking experience required
Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to accept feedback, follow instructions, and apply coaching
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Crumbl is a high‑volume, open‑kitchen bakery where production and customer service happen in full view of our guests.
Essential job functions may include:
Standing and walking for most of the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements
Handling ingredients, dough, baking trays, boxes, and supplies
Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, consistent with applicable safety requirements
Working near commercial ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment
Performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment throughout the shift
Certain duties and equipment are restricted based on employee age and applicable labor laws.
