McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead a high-performance team to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness targets while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve each department to drive restaurant performance.
• Responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future success.
• Runs a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
