McDonald’s Restaurants Limited seeks a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals with your leader, and implement plans to meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick-service or hospitality, are 18+ years old, and will coach and develop staff to drive results in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve departments.
• Runs a profitable restaurant and ensures adherence to McDonald’s customer standards: Quality, Service, Cleanliness.
• Works with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them, including hiring and development of managers.
